Macon is in Georgia, in the Southeast, where summers are long, hot and humid, winters are mild, and afternoon thunderstorms and the hurricane season from June to November can change plans at short notice. US addresses list the street number and name, then the city, state abbreviation and ZIP code, and Macon follows the same pattern; a suite or apartment number such as Ste 200 refers to a unit inside the building. Location is right off 75. Convenient to Mercer College, actually in the parking lot. Little bit of a drive to good food but no more than 10 minutes. Some good places closer that can be walked to. Rooms are typical rooms but very clean. Location is very secure as you need key cards to get in unless you use the Lobby. Resteraunt and bar on site. Snacks available at the front desk. Nice warm pool. 3.5' to 5.5'. Towels at the pool and umbrellas. Would stay here again.

I came here for the weekend for tournament baseball. I was quoted $355 when booking the room. When I arrived, I was charged $455, twice. So I have been asking for a $455 refund for 2 days. They advised it would be refunded but I still have not received. Doesn’t seem to be very important to them. Thank you for responding to my concerns. However, now, yet another $355 has been charged. The front desk advised this is the fault of the bank and she would no longer talk to me and gave me the general managers business card. This is bad business and still no refund on day 3.

Arrived on Monday afternoon and was pleasantly surprised to find how easy it was to get to. The gentleman staff at the desk was really kind and helpful. He wasted no time taking care of me and even thanked me for being a Hilton Rewards Member. After checking in I passed a couple other staff members on the way to my room and they all greeted me as I walked by. The room was very clean and well taken care of. The only problem I encountered during the stay was the shower faucet wouldn't completely turn off and the sink had a slow drain. I addressed that with the staff at the front desk and the lady at the desk was so kind about it and very helpful. Tuesday morning I woke and went down to the breakfast area to get coffee and eat breakfast. This is where they really shined. It was a complete surprise to see breakfast was served with cloth napkins. The table was neatly set up and they served coffee in a real coffee cup. The dining staff was so attentive and kind. The food was really good and they offered a buffet style or you could special order what you would like. They entire experience was so different from what you would typically see in a smaller Hilton Garden Hotel. These guys were
